No.2) our website is migrated to the Digital Common platform at https://journal.sanagustin.ac.id/index.php/joeel/index  and all submission must be done via the Editorial Manager at https://journal.sanagustin.ac.id/index.php/joeel/about/submissions.  No charges are applied to submission, article processing, peer-reviewing, and publication of the article.
